Class 4J - Sound Survey

CLASS 4J - SOUND SURVEY

The pupils in Class 4J are currently studying the science topic Sound. This week they conducted a study of the sounds around our environment- inside and outside of school. They took notes of the types of sounds that they could hear and then noted down the qualities of the sounds eg volume, type of sound source, and distance heard from.

The children then discussed the gradations of the volumes of sound.
