Class 3T 2022 - 2023

Welcome one and all to our class page!

We're in for a real treat with the topics that we're due to cover this year: from The Stone Age to learning about Light and Shadows, all the way to Our Local History to Coasts, and lots in between! We'll be using this space to share information on what's needed from home and what we've been doing during the week too.

Year 3 are very lucky to have the support this year of Mrs Chapman. She'll be working closely with a variety of children throughout the year and is looking forward to it.

Homework

Our homework timetable is as follows:

Monday - Spellings given out for the following week's test

Friday - English and Maths (to be handed in on the following Wednesday)

We expect children to read their scheme books for 20 minutes every night. Please sign your child's reading record regularly. They need to read their book all the way through twice before changing it. Also, please help the children to learn their times tables on Time Tables Rock Stars by encouraging them to log on at least 3 times every week.
