WELCOME TO CLASS 4J
SPRING TERM 2023
Welcome to Class 4J's class webpage.
We are a class of enthusiastic and inquisitive junior pupils who are enjoying developing their skills and independence. I look forward to continuing to work with the class on a number of interesting subjects as part of our Year 4 journey.
During the year, Class 4J will are working hard at further developing their core skills in Literacy, Numeracy, Computing and Science as well as learning lots of new and engaging topics throughout the year, including Rivers, the Water Cycle, Materials and programming a Lego Wedo Robot.
On this webpage, you will find all of the latest information about Class 4J that you will require during the academic year.
HOMEWORK
Our homework timetable is as follows:
Monday - Spellings given out for the following week's test
Wednesday - English or topic (to be handed in on Friday)
Friday - Maths (to be handed in on Monday)
We expect children to read their scheme books for 20 minutes every night (please sign your child's reading record regularly - at least 3 times a week) and test their times tables knowledge on Time Tables Rock Stars at least 3 times every week.
