3W - Ordering Numbers

Try this game out at home. It’s a great way to practise ordering numbers.

You’ll need a die, a piece of paper and something to write with.

1) Draw a 0 - 1000 number line.

2) Player 1 rolls a die three times to make a 3-digit number and positions it along the number line.

3) Player 2 then rolls the die 3 times and positions their 3-digit number on the number line.

Repeat the steps 2) and 3) and see who is first player to position three numbers in a row on the number line without an opponent’s number in between.
