Tens and Ones Addition

Lesson: Maths

Today we have been using our tens and ones counters to add together two two-digit numbers. The children learnt our new method of drawing a tens and ones table and used their counters to calculate their answers. Tomorrow we will move on to drawing dots to represent the tens and ones instead of using counters.
