Addition problems in R2

The children in reception have been learning all anout the number seven this week.

For our focus activity we solved some additon problems using 7 beanbags and a hoop. We threw the beanbags in the hoop and discussed how many beanbags landed in the hoop and how many were on the outside of the hoop. We then counted how many beanbags there were altogether and chose how we would like to record the problem.
