Art and sports week in Year 1

This week, we have been exploring Australia. We have learnt who the Aboriginals are, about their symbols and how they paint. We then created our own Aboriginal style kangaroos. We also learnt that, Australia is also famous for its wildlife, in particular, the koala. We have created our own koalas using collage techniques. The sports we have enjoyed so far this week have included, cricket, boccia, circuits and netball. We hope you enjoy looking at our photos.
