Once Upon a Time in R2....

2016 has begun and so has our magical topic of Fairytales! Through out the topic we will be reading a range of traditional stories such as Jack and the Beanstalk, 3 Little Pigs and Hansel and Gretel to base our learning around. These books will help us to work on our reading comprehension, writing and acting skills as well making other strong links within all other subjects such as maths, PE, art and understanding of the world. 

To make classroom a little more special our space stations have been transformed into magical and enchanted castles; which we hope the children will all enjoy using and help bring their learning and imaginations to life! If your child would like to bring their favourite fairy tale story into school to share with the class please pop it in their bags and I will read this to the class through the week.
