Sealed Knot visit

On Thursday afternoon, a visitor came into school to talk to us about the Civil War.  He told us that he was a member of a charity called the Sealed Knot, who did war reenactments.  During his visit he taught us about the lives of soldiers during the Civil War.  We learned about what the soldiers wore and the types of weapons they used.  Crucially, we got to hold the weapons to see how heavy they were!  It's safe to say that some of us were better at pulling a war face than others!
