Year 5 Narrative Writing

Year 5 have been using the text Where Once We Stood to write a narrative based on an astronaut landing on Mars (we have high ambitions in Year 5!). 

We focused on using relative clauses, parenthesis and direct speech. The children did a fantastic job and here are just a few examples of their written work.
