Does the type of chocolate affect the melting point?

Class: 4H Year: 2023 - 2024

This half term, we have been looking at the changing states of matter.  We tested white, milk and dark chocolate to see if the ingredients would affect how quickly the chocolate melted.  We found out that white chocolate had the lowest melting point and though this might be because of the levels of cocoa in the chocolate.
