DT Week Making Boats in R2

Class: R2 Year: 2023 - 2024

R2 have had a fantastic DT week. They have loved learning all about different boats and have especially enjoyed finding out about some expert boat makers, the Vikings. The children investigated what materials float and sink and thought carefully about what they wanted their boats to look like. They created super designs and collected together the resources they would need. They loved the actual making of the boats and are very excited to take them home!
