R2's trip to Wilmslow Library

The children in Reception have enjoyed a fantastic trip to Wilmslow Library today where we were given a guided tour of the library (which inlcuded a sneak peak in 'the secret room'), a chance to choose a book to take home and also listen to the story 'Kitchen Disco' by Clare Foges and Al Murphy. 

As well as having a great time in the library we also had a great time walking there and back spotting signs of Autumn, looking for letters and numbers and noticing different features of our home town.

Thank you to all the parents who helped, we all had a lots of fun and look forward to reading our stories at home with our families!
