Tesco Farm to Fork visit in 1A

Today we have a special visit from our local Tesco store to learn all about how to be healthy through their 'Farm to Fork' progarmme. It was a great afternoon of trying different foods, learning how to keep fit and understanding the importance of drinking lots of water.

We had a great time making faces using our food and hopefully we will all be able to remember which types of food are good for us and which foods are for treats.
