Welcome to 2R’s Class Page!

Our Year 2 journey continues here... 

We've got a very exciting year ahead with lots of wonderful learning, topics, performances and visits... including our Year 2 residential to Petty Pool. My name is Miss Roberts and I am 2R's class teacher. We are fortunate enough to have Miss Britland supporting our class this year. We've got lots to look forward to this term!

Summer 2

As mathematicians, we will be learning all about fractions, time and statistics. Our writing this half term will be based around 'Rosie Revere Engineer' by Andrea Beaty. As authors, we will plan and write a narrative. As readers, we will enjoy and discuss a range of fiction, non-fiction and poetry and in Geography, we will be learning all about Kenya and comparing it to the geography of the UK.

As Scientists, we will learn about plants and growth. In Personal Development, it's all about our bodies and how we grow.
