Vision

At Lacey Green Primary Academy, our vision is to offer a happy, caring and stimulating environment that offers an outstanding education that inspires both academic success and whole child development. We are passionate about education and aim for every child to achieve their fullest potential in a safe environment for children to learn, where all are valued, so that they can become independent, life-long learners.

We teach our children to embrace our three core values (3R's), which underpin our vision statement and help to prepare our children for success and a bright future.

RESPECT: Each child should....

endeavour to:

Be polite
Treat each other fairly and with kindness, listen and value each other’s differences
Have tolerance and understanding of Spiritual and Cultural diversity
Work cooperatively (together) with peers

RESILIENCE: Each child should....

endeavour to:

Have a ‘can do’ attitude to learning and bounce back from making mistakes
Challenge themselves and try new things
Put time and effort into their work and work hard
Never give in and show perseverance

RESPONSIBILITY: Each child should....

endeavour to:

Be dependable so that other people can count on them
Do something to the best of their ability
Demonstrate high standards of behaviour and use kind words
Accept credit when they have done something right and acknowledge their mistakes
