Column Subtraction!

This week in Maths, we have been looking at solving two-digit subtraction problems. We used our tens and ones grids along with our tens and ones counters, to help us. For some questions, we needed to exchange one ten, for ten ones. We then learnt how to do a more efficient method - the written column method! It was tricky, but we showed such brilliant determination and resilience! Well done Year 2!
