Cross Country Running

In our 'Health related fitness' lesson, today we talked about the importance warming up so we completed a variety of different stretches in order to avoid injury. Then, we attempted some cross country running. At first, we found this hard as we started running to quickly too soon. We talked about trying to find a comfortable pace that we could sustain for a longer period of time.
