Rice Salads
Lesson: Design and technology
Class: 4B Year: 2025 - 2026
This week, we have been making rice salads in DT. We researched the chef 'Nigella Lawson' and learnt about how she became a TV cook. Then, we learnt about rice and how it is grown. We discussed the different types of rice and tasted them which was fun! We planned our salad with fruits and veg we liked (we tasted them too!) and finally, we made our salads and enjoyed eating them in the sunshine!
