The Little Red Hen

Class: R2 Year: 2025 - 2026

We really enjoyed welcoming two chickens into Reception! They have been helping us learn all about the story The Little Red Hen. We've been practising how to retell the story, draw our favourite characters, and write about each of the animals.

We’ve also been learning how to care for living things, and we've really enjoyed taking responsibility for looking after the chickens!
