World Book Day

Year 1 had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day! The children arrived at school to discover a giant beanstalk growing in the corridor – what an exciting surprise!

Inspired by the story, they created their own beautiful beanstalks, listened to lots of wonderful stories, and even enjoyed special reading time with the Year 4 children. To complete the day, they each made their very own magic bean to take home.

It was a magical day filled with imagination, creativity and a love of reading – the children absolutely loved it!
